  - A registered office is mandatory in Mauritius.
  - We will provide the registered office address; a P.O. Box cannot be used.
- Company Secretary:
  - A company must appoint a company secretary to maintain secretarial records and minutes of meetings.
  - The secretary is also responsible for submitting necessary documents to the Registrar of Companies annually.
  - This appointment is optional, and we can provide a company secretary if required.
- GBC 1 Formation:
  - For Global Business Company (GBC 1) formation, we recommend contacting our compliance team for guidance and additional details.
- Incorporation Process:
